Having hosted over twenty weddings since we opened in May 2023, we have gained a thorough understanding of how to get the best out of the venue for couples and their guests. With this experience, we are now offering an in-house wedding coordination service. After all, no one knows Moat Hall Barns better than we do!
Working together, Amy and Ben will provide the service ensuring that you will always have a point of contact for any concerns and queries you may have. We want to take stress and admin burden away in the months leading up to your special day.
The price of the wedding coordination service is £600 (inclusive of VAT). A key benefit of the in-house service is that it is only offered to customers of Moat Hall Barns, therefore you can choose to add this service whenever you like as we won’t be taking coordination bookings anywhere else.
Assistance With Suppliers, Accomodation & Transportation
- Assistance with choosing the best suppliers for your requirements from our new recommended supplier list.
- Assistance with sourcing local accommodation and transport for your guests.
Consultation, Budget Review & Staffing
- On-site consultation for you to visit the venue and discuss all aspects of your wedding day.
- Assistance with sourcing local accommodation for your guests.
- Assistance with sourcing transport for your guests.
- Assistance with sourcing of event staff (where required).
Handover
- Handover of communications with your suppliers for the month leading up to your wedding day.
Refreshments, Dining Furniture, Final Meeting & Final Handover
- Refreshments on arrival at the venue
- Dining furniture positioned as to your chosen seating plan ready for your arrival
- Meeting to discuss final details and to address any changes
- Final handover meeting on exit
Wedding Day Final Preparations
- Meeting with registrars/celebrants in preparation for your wedding ceremony
- Music coordination throughout your wedding day including for your ceremony and wedding breakfast
- Setup and assistance with sound equipment for your speeches
- Supervision of your suppliers
- Planning and assistance with a room change (if required)
- General housekeeping including bin emptying and glass collection
- Managing formalities such as your ceremony, confetti shot, group photo shots, meal, speeches, cake cutting and first dance

- Refreshments on arrival
